Opened in 2026, the adults-only hotel is situated in an approximately 110,000 m² tropical garden in Punta Cana, about 700 m from the beach. The 239 rooms are located in a five-story main building and are accessible via elevators. For relaxation, there is a large pool landscape with lagoon pool, several "cenote" pools, an adults-only pool with bar, as well as the "Splash Island" water park with wave pool and slides. Sun loungers and bath towels are included at the pool and beach. A buffet restaurant and numerous à-la-carte restaurants with Brazilian, Nikkei, Indian, Mexican, Italian, and Thai cuisine provide for culinary well-being. The "Boulevard" also offers 1 additional à-la-carte restaurant, a snack bar, a sports bar, a coffee shop, the Baco Wine Cellar (for a fee), an English pub, and an ice cream parlor, as well as leisure activities such as theater, disco, casino, bowling alley, spa, and beauty salon. These elegant junior suites offer a tropical view of the resort's lush garden landscape on a comfortable 55 m². Adults JS Swim Up-King

The exquisite swim-up suites are slightly larger at 57 m² and offer direct access to the pool from the extended terrace. Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean. The beach and the sea are affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, from which a slight noise level emanates.
