The 5-story 4-star beach hotel has 196 rooms and suites, as well as a 24-hour reception with a lobby and comfortable seating. The "Balam" buffet restaurant provides for your physical well-being in the morning. Furthermore, the hotel has 3 à la carte restaurants: the "Deck Restaurant" with international dishes, the "Chianti Restaurant" with Italian specialties, and the "Umami Restaurant" with Japanese dishes. There is also a lobby bar and a Magic Bar. In the outdoor area, there is an infinity pool directly on the beach. Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge.

During a stay between April and December, an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased incidence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administration. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause a slight level of noise.
