Location

The hotel is located on the southwest coast of the island of Cozumel. The transfer time from Cancun Airport by bus and ferry is approximately 2 hours. The small town of San Miguel de Cozumel is about 17 km away.

The modern and luxurious hotel features 45 bungalows with 293 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with a reception, currency exchange, and a souvenir shop. In the tropical outdoor area, there are freshwater swimming pool landscapes with a children's pool, sun terrace, and loungers. In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room; meaning occupancy is: 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

Between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, frequent accumulation of sargassum (brown algae) is often recorded in the Caribbean. This can impact the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause slight noise.
