Location

The hotel is located on the southwest coast of Cozumel Island. Transfer time from Cancun Airport by bus and ferry is approx. 2 hours. The small town of San Miguel de Cozumel is about 17 km away.

The modern and luxurious hotel has 45 bungalows with 293 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a reception desk, a currency exchange and a souvenir shop. The tropical gardens feature freshwater swimming pool areas with a children's pool, sun terrace and loungers. The gastronomic offer includes 2 buffet restaurants, 3 specialty restaurants, a cantina snack bar and 4 bars. Come and enjoy being pampered. Loungers and beach towels are also available free of charge.

Premium Room

The rooms are furnished in a Caribbean style and feature a shower, toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe (included), cable TV (Deutsche Welle), telephone, free Wi-Fi, minibar (included), coffee maker, and a balcony or terrace with a hammock (PR1/PR2). Also bookable as Premium Tropical View with garden view (PTZ/PTE).

Suite

With the same amenities, the suites also feature a sofa bed, an open living area, and a balcony with a hammock (S2).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With a booking for 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause some noise.
