Location

Located directly on the wide, beautiful sandy beach of Playa Mujeres. Only 10 minutes from Cancun, with numerous restaurants, entertainment options, and a shopping center. Cancun Airport is approx. 35 minutes away.

Facilities

Built in 2014, surrounded by tropical mangroves - adults only - the resort is located on the white dream beach of Playa Mujeres and consists of 424 suites. For culinary well-being, there is an international buffet restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants, 2 grill restaurants, 7 bars, and 24-hour room service. In addition, the Coco Café offers various coffees and cakes for a small afternoon snack. Guests of the resort can also use all restaurants and facilities of the neighboring hotel Dreams Playa Mujeres free of charge. The large pool landscape with two swimming pools, sun terraces, and a beach bar and a swim-up bar invite you to relax under the sun. Umbrellas, loungers, and beach towels at the pool and on the beach are available free of charge. Wi-Fi throughout the resort is free.

Junior Suite Swim-out

In addition to the same amenities, the Junior Swim-out Suites offer views of the lush tropical gardens or the pools, as well as a spacious, furnished terrace with direct access to a semi-private pool. They are located on the ground floor of each building (JSO/JSE).

Pref.Club Master Suite Ocean View

In addition to the aforementioned amenities and the benefits of the Preferred Club, the Preferred Club Master Suite Ocean View offers a breathtaking sea view. The suites are furnished in a unique style and feature a separate bedroom with a king-size bed with sea view, a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a chaise longue, a hydromassage bathtub for two, rain showers, and large double sinks, as well as a spacious living room with a 46-inch flat-screen TV. Furthermore, the suites offer a private, furnished terrace with a seating area (PMF).
Also bookable as Pref.Club MS Ocean Front on the top floors of the beach building (QWE) and as Pref.Club MS Ocean Front Private Pool, which are located on the ground floor and offer direct access to a private, furnished terrace, a large pool, and the beach (PMP).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For a occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Season Note

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
