Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all transfers in between. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the arrival flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 a.m., a balloon ride is possible (optional, bookable on site).
Morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon journey to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning continuation to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continuation to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins distributed across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Indulge in culinary delights at the main restaurant and enjoy the cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available to you. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Accommodation

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² in size and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.
Also bookable for single use (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same facilities as the suites, but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² in size and otherwise have the same facilities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same facilities as the suites but are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 m²) and potentially without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

Built in the Moroccan style, the hotel of the renowned JAZ Hotel Group is located directly on the private, long sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada Airport is approx. 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity is Souk Makadi with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars that invite you to stroll. The Aqua Park is approx. 3 km from the hotel.

Facilities

The JAZ Makadina is embedded in a beautiful garden and features 270 rooms distributed across several small buildings in the complex. Furthermore, the hotel is equipped with an inviting reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. For culinary variety, besides show cooking in the hotel restaurant, the "Dine Around" concept of Souk Makadi ensures plenty of options.
In the beautifully and spaciously designed garden area, you will find the pool landscape with two swimming pools (one can be heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.

Double Superior

The friendly furnished Double Superior rooms (DSU) are approx. 38 m² in size and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (daily free refill), minibar (for a fee), safe (included), and a balcony or terrace. A large bottle of water is provided in the room daily (free of charge).
Also bookable with pool view (DSP), side sea view (D2S), sea view (DMU), or for single use (DEU/ESP/1SD/UME).

Family Suite Superior

Suite Superior

The Suite Superior (SU2) rooms have similar facilities to the Double Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 47 m²), and feature an additional seating/sleeping corner that is separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.
Also bookable as Double Deluxe (DD2). In this room, the seating/sleeping corner is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

Family Room Deluxe

The Family Rooms Deluxe (2DF) have the same facilities as the Family Rooms Superior. The sleeping area for children is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

The spacious (approx. 56 m²) and elegant Junior Suites (J2S) offer the same facilities as the Double Superior, plus a Queen-size bed, a separate living area, and 2 TVs. The Junior Suites offer 56 m² of space. They provide a variety of magnificent views and are luxuriously furnished.
