Location

The first-class Sol complex includes the 4-star Sol Nessebar Resort and the 5-star Sol Nessebar Palace. It is quietly located in a bay within a spacious green area and is separated from the beach only by the park. You can reach the beach via a gently sloping path and stairs. The historic old town of Nessebar (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is about 2.5 km away (regular public bus service). The resort of Sunny Beach is about 6 km away, and the transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes about 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The family-friendly resort has a total of 990 rooms and suites, spread across 3 buildings (Palace and Resort). Each hotel has its own main restaurant, a lobby bar, a pool with a sun terrace, a pool bar, and its own reception (hotel-specific facilities can only be used by guests of the respective hotel). Various themed restaurants and bars throughout the resort, such as the beer garden with traditional German delicacies like fried potatoes and sauerkraut, or traditional Italian, Spanish, and Japanese cuisine, are available to all resort guests, as is the currency exchange office, the hairdresser (for a fee), the mini-supermarket, the "Rose" Spa Relax Center (for a fee), the indoor pool (in the Sol Nessebar Palace), the sun terrace (located near the beach), the aquapark (open seasonally from approx. mid-May to end of September, hours vary and depend on weather) with a Rocky River slide, and children's pools and water slides for the little ones (Geyzir Park for children aged 2-5 years). Admission to the Aqua Park is included for all resort guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool of the booked hotel, as well as at the Aqua Park, Geyzir Park, and on the sun terraces above the beach with magnificent sea views. When booking rooms in the Sol Nessebar Bay & Mare hotel complex, room allocation is done by the hotelier on-site; it is NOT possible to request a specific building in advance.

Double Room Landside

The Landside Double Rooms (approx. 30 m²) are modernly furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, mini-fridge, safety deposit box (rental fee), and a balcony facing the land (DL/DL7).
Also available for single use (DEL) or as Single+Child (D1L) at an additional charge.
The Super Saver Rooms, as well as Promo Rooms, have a limited quota and a special price despite otherwise similar amenities (SSZ, DPI).

Double Room Sea View

The Sea View Double Rooms (approx. 34 m²) have, otherwise, the same amenities as the Landside Double Rooms, with the addition of a sea view (DM/2MK).

Family Room Sea View

The Sea View Family Rooms (approx. 68 m²) consist of 2 Sea View Double Rooms with a connecting door (F2M).

Double Room Upper Floor Sea View

Exclusive to Schauinsland-Reisen.
The Upper Floor Double Rooms Sea View (UPS) are equipped like the Sea View Double Rooms but are located on the upper floor and offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Black Sea. A sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers on the beach are included per room (pre-reserved).

Katta's Family Room

Katta's Family Rooms (approx. 35 m²) are furnished similarly to the Sea View Double Rooms but also feature a separate children's room (approx. 5 m²) with 2 beds integrated into the room (room within a room). The rooms are located in the Mare building and are child and family-friendly, decorated with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls and offer many extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests (KWF). For the 3rd child, there is a sofa bed in the parents' room.
