Location

The first-class Sol complex includes the 4-star Hotel Sol Nessebar Resort and the 5-star Hotel Sol Nessebar Palace. It is located in a quiet bay within spacious landscaped grounds and is separated from the beach only by the park area. You can reach the beach via a gently sloping path and stairs. The historic old town of Nessebar (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is about 2.5 km away (regular bus service). The resort of Sunny Beach is about 6 km away, and the transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The family-friendly resort has a total of 990 rooms and suites spread across 3 buildings (Palace and Resort). Each hotel features its own main restaurant, lobby bar, pool with a sun terrace, pool bar, and private reception (hotel-specific facilities can only be used by guests of the respective hotel). Various themed restaurants and bars spread throughout the resort—such as the beer garden with traditional German delicacies like fried potatoes and sauerkraut, or traditional Italian, Spanish, and Japanese cuisine—are available to all resort guests, as are the currency exchange, hairdresser (for a fee), mini-market, the "Rose" Spa Relax Center (for a fee), the indoor pool (at Sol Nessebar Palace), the sun terrace (located near the beach), and the aquapark (open from approx. mid-May to the end of September, hourly and weather-dependent) with its Rocky River slide and children's pools and water slides, even for the little ones (Geyzir Park for children aged 2-5). Entry to the Aquapark is included for all resort guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool of the booked hotel as well as at the Aquapark, Geyzir Park, and on the sun terraces above the beach with wonderful sea views. When booking rooms in the Sol Nessebar Bay & Mare hotel complex, room allocation is determined by the hotelier on-site; it is NOT possible to request in advance which building you will be accommodated in.

Double room land side

The double rooms (land side, approx. 30 m²) are modernly furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, mini-fridge, rental safe, and a balcony facing the land side (DL/DL7).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DEL) or as single + child (D1L) for an additional charge.
The super economy rooms and promo rooms have the same facilities but are limited in availability and offer a special price (SSZ, DPI).

Double room sea view

The double rooms with sea view (approx. 34 m²) have the same facilities as the double rooms land side, with the addition of a sea view (DM/2MK).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DEM) or as single + child (D1M) for an additional charge. Bookable as promo rooms at certain times at special prices (DMI).

Family room sea view

The family rooms with sea view (approx. 68 m²) consist of 2 double rooms with sea view and a connecting door (F2M).

Double room upper floor sea view

Exclusive to Schauinsland-Reisen.
The double rooms on the upper floor with sea view (UPS) are equipped like the double rooms sea view, but are located on the upper floor and offer a wonderful panoramic view of the Black Sea.

Katta's family room

Katta's family rooms (approx. 35 m²) are equipped similarly to the double rooms with sea view but additionally feature a separate sleeping area for 2 children (approx. 5 m²) with 2 single beds, a small table, and a chair (a room within a room). The rooms are located in the Mare building, are child- and family-friendly, decorated with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls, and feature many other extras that will make the stay for little guests a special experience (KWF). For the 3rd child, there is a pull-out sofa in the parents' room. Photos to follow early/mid-June.
