Location

The first-class Sol complex includes the 4-star Sol Nessebar Resort and the 5-star Sol Nessebar Palace. It is quietly located on a bathing bay within extensive parkland, separated from the beach only by the grounds. You can reach the beach via a gently sloping path and stairs. The historic old town of Nessebar (UNESCO World Heritage site) with numerous shopping and entertainment options is about 2.5 km away (regular bus service). Sunny Beach resort is about 6 km away, and the transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The family-friendly resort has a total of 990 rooms and suites, spread across 3 buildings (Palace and Resort). Each hotel has its own main restaurant, lobby bar, pool with sun terrace, pool bar, and its own reception (the hotel's own facilities can only be used by guests of the respective hotel). Various themed restaurants and bars located throughout the resort, such as the beer garden with traditional German delicacies like fried potatoes and sauerkraut, or traditional Italian, Spanish, and Japanese cuisine, are available to all guests of the resort, as are the currency exchange, hairdresser (for a fee), mini-supermarket, the "Rose" Spa Relax Center (for a fee), the indoor pool (in Sol Nessebar Palace), the sun terrace (located near the beach), the aquapark (open seasonally from mid-May to the end of September, for limited hours and weather-dependent) with a Rocky River slide, and the children's pools and water slides for the little ones (Geyzir Park for children aged 2-5 years). Entrance to the Aqua Park is included for all guests of the resort. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool of the booked hotel, as well as at the Aqua Park, Geyzir Park, and on the sun terraces above the beach with magnificent sea views. When booking rooms in the Sol Nessebar Bay & Mare hotel complex, room allocation is done by the hotelier on site.

Double Room Land View

The double rooms with land view (approx. 30 m²) are modernly furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, mini-fridge, safe (for a fee) and a balcony facing the land side (DL/DL7).
Also available for single occupancy (DEL) or as single + child (D1L) for an additional charge.
Super saver rooms and promo rooms, with otherwise similar amenities, have a limited contingent and a special price (SSZ, DPI)).

Double Room Sea View

The double rooms with sea view (approx. 34 m²) have, otherwise with the same amenities as the double rooms with land view, an additional sea view (DM/2MK).

Family Room Sea View

The family rooms with sea view (approx. 68 m²) consist of 2 double rooms with sea view connected by a door (F2M).

Double Room Upper Floor Sea View

Exclusive with Schauinsland-Reisen.
The double rooms on the upper floor with sea view (UPS) are equipped like the double rooms with sea view, but are located on the upper floor and offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Black Sea. One umbrella and 2 sun loungers on the beach are included per room (pre-reserved).

Katta's Family Room

The Katta's family rooms are equipped similarly to the double rooms with sea view, but also feature a separate children's room integrated into the room (room within a room). The rooms are located in the Mare building and are child and family-friendly, decorated with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls, and offer many extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests (KWF).

"Katta on Vacation"
Dear children, do you know what my favorite thing to do is? Vacation, of course! Wouldn't you like to visit me at the hotel for a few days and go on vacation with me?
