Location

The holiday hotel is located directly on the long, Blue Flag-awarded sandy beach of Kalithea. The village center, situated above, is about 200 metres away. Kalithea offers numerous shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and a public bus stop. Recently, a small archaeological site with interesting findings was also uncovered here. The airport is approximately 80 km away.

The popular, completely renovated boutique hotel features 126 rooms, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, a bar, a cocktail bar (for a fee), elevators, 1 main restaurant "Estia", 1 à la carte restaurant "Greco's Mediterranean Cuisine" (for a fee), a lounge, a TV area, a swimming pool (heated in April, May, and October) with a separate children's pool (heated in April and October), and a pool bar (Fresco Bio Healthy Bar, for a fee). Deluxe Double Room

With the same amenities as the Economy Double Rooms, these rooms feature a double bed and an extra bed (DD2). Also available for single use (DD1) or with sea view (DDM).

Premium Deluxe Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Premium Rooms include toiletries and bathrobes, a Nespresso machine (refilled daily), and a minibar stocked upon arrival (4 soft drinks and 1 beer), as well as a bottle of wine in the room (P2M).

Destination Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room as of 01/01/2025.
