Location

The holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach of Kalithea, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. The center of the town, located above, is approx. 200 m away. Kalithea offers numerous shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and a public bus stop. A small archaeological site with interesting finds has also recently been uncovered here. The airport is approx. 80 km away.

The popular, completely renovated boutique hotel has 126 rooms, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, a bar, a cocktail bar (for a fee), elevators, 1 main restaurant "Estia", 1 à la carte restaurant "Greco's Mediterranean Cuisine" (for a fee), a lounge, TV corner, a swimming pool (heated in April, May, and October) with a separate children's pool (heated in April and October), and a pool bar (Fresco Bio Healthy Bar, for a fee). These modern rooms are located on the first floor and feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, a double bed, telephone, 43" satellite TV, safe, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge/minibar (available on request for a fee), 1 bottle of water upon arrival, sun loungers on the beach, balcony, and garden view (SSZ).

Deluxe Double Room

With the same amenities as the Economy Double Rooms, these rooms feature a double bed and an extra bed (DD2). Optionally available for single occupancy (DD1) or with sea view (DDM).

Premium Deluxe Double Room with Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Premium Rooms offer premium toiletries and bathrobes, a Nespresso machine (replenished daily), and a welcome minibar (4 soft drinks and 1 beer) and a bottle of wine in the room upon arrival (P2M).

Information regarding climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
