Location

The vacation hotel is located directly on the long, Blue Flag awarded sandy beach of Kalithea. It is approx. 200 m to the town center located above. In Kalithea, there are numerous shops, bars, cafeterias, restaurants, and a public bus stop. A small archaeological site with interesting finds was recently uncovered here. The airport is reached after approx. 80 km.

The popular, completely renovated boutique hotel features 126 rooms, a 24-hour reception with lobby, a bar, cocktail bar (for a fee), elevators, 1 main restaurant "Estia", 1 à-la-carte restaurant "Greco's Mediterranean Cuisine" (for a fee), lounge, TV corner, swimming pool (heated in April, May, and October) with separate children's pool (heated in April and October), and a pool bar (Fresco Bio Healthy Bar, for a fee). Super Saver Room

The modernly furnished rooms are located on the first floor and feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, two single beds, telephone, 43" satellite TV, safe, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge/minibar (on request for a fee), 1 bottle of water upon arrival, sun loungers on the beach, balcony, and garden view (SSZ).

Double Room Deluxe

With the same facilities as the Super Saver rooms, these feature a double bed and an extra bed (DD2). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (DD1) or with sea view (DDM).

Double Room Premium Deluxe Sea View

With the same facilities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, the Premium rooms feature toiletries and bathrobes, daily refilling of the Nespresso machine, and upon arrival, a filled minibar (4 soft drinks and 1 beer) as well as a bottle of wine in the room (P2M).

Breakfast (7:30-10 AM) and dinner (7-9:30 PM) in buffet style.
Gluten-free and lactose-free meals are available upon request. The local reception will be happy to assist you with this.

Destination information - Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
