Location

The hotel is located approximately 6 km from the pretty town of Neos Marmaras and sits above the road, offering views of the bay and the sister hotel, Lagomandra Beach. The sandy/pebble beach (awarded a Blue Flag) is about 150 m away and can be easily reached by crossing a pedestrian bridge. A local bus stop is located directly at the hotel. Thessaloniki airport is approximately 102 km away.

The well-maintained hotel complex consists of a main building and five annex buildings situated on a small slope, featuring a total of 120 rooms across 2 floors. The main building houses the reception, bar, TV corner, restaurant, and a mini-market. The garden area features a freshwater swimming pool and a pool/snack bar. Towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available for guests at the pool (included) and at the beach (for a fee). There is also a tavern located at the beach. Wi-Fi and an internet corner are available (included).

Deluxe Double Room

These modern, spacious, and renovated rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, telephone, kettle, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (DD2/D2I).
Also optionally available with a partial sea view (DDS) or as a Deluxe Promo room (X2J).

Junior Suite

With the same features as the Deluxe Double rooms, these are more spacious and include a seating area, a second satellite TV, and a garden view (JS2).

Deluxe Family Room

With the same features as the Junior Suite, these are located on the ground floor or the first floor. The Deluxe Family rooms feature 2 satellite TVs, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a separate bedroom with a double sofa bed, partitioned by a sliding door (2DF).

Maisonette

With the same features as the Deluxe Double rooms, these are more spacious and feature an open-plan sleeping loft, 2 bathrooms, and a partial sea view (2SM).

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 am-10 am), lunch (12:30 pm-2 pm), and dinner (7 pm-9:30 pm). All meals are served in buffet style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, guests may choose lunch as a set menu at the tavern. During meals, branded soft drinks in bottles, juices, water, house wine, and beer are included.
Throughout the day, the pool bar offers various hot and cold coffee specialties and teas, such as Frappe, Freddo Espresso, and Cappuccino, as well as ice cream from 11 am to 11 pm.
Snacks (hot and cold sandwiches), cakes, and pastries are available from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm at the pool bar.
Selected non-alcoholic beverages such as branded soft drinks, water, and juices, as well as local alcoholic beverages (beer, ouzo, wine, gin, vodka, rum, Aperol Spritz) and two cocktails of the day are available from 11 am to 11 pm.

Destination information

For stays from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1st, 2025.
