Location

The hotel is located approximately 6 km from the pretty town of Neos Marmaras and sits above the road, offering views of the bay and the sister hotel, Lagomandra Beach. The sandy/pebble beach (awarded the Blue Flag) is about 150 m away and is easily accessible by crossing a pedestrian bridge. A local bus stop is located directly at the hotel.

The well-maintained hotel complex consists of a main building and five annexes situated on a small slope, with a total of 120 rooms across 2 floors. The main building houses the reception, Wi-Fi and internet corner (included), bar, TV area, restaurant, and a mini-market. The garden area features a freshwater swimming pool and a pool/snack bar. Sufficient towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available for guests by the pool (included) and at the beach (for a fee). Furthermore, there is a tavern at the beach.

Deluxe Double Room

The modern, spacious, and renovated rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, telephone, kettle, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (DD2/D2I).
Optionally bookable with side sea view (DDS) or as a Deluxe Promo room (X2J).

Junior Suites

Same facilities as the Deluxe Double rooms but more spacious with a seating area, second satellite TV, and garden view (JS2).

Deluxe Family Room

With the same facilities as the Junior Suite, these are located on the ground floor or the first floor. The Deluxe Family Rooms feature 2 satellite TVs, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a separate bedroom with a double sofa bed, divided by a sliding door (2DF).

Maisonettes

Same facilities as the Deluxe Double rooms but more spacious with an open sleeping gallery, 2 bathrooms, and side sea view (2SM).

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.), lunch (12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.), and dinner (7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.). All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Guests may optionally choose to have lunch as a set menu in the tavern. During meals, branded soft drinks in bottles, juices, water, house wine, and beer are included.
During the day, the pool bar offers various hot and cold coffee specialties and tea such as Frappe, Freddo Espresso, Cappuccino, and ice cream from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Snacks (hot and cold sandwiches), cakes, and pastries are available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the pool bar.
Selected non-alcoholic beverages such as branded soft drinks, water, and juices, as well as local alcoholic beverages (beer, ouzo, wine, gin, vodka, rum, Aperol Spritz) and two cocktails of the day are served from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season (April 1 - October 31):
