Location

The hotel is located about 6 km from the pretty town of Neos Marmaras, above the road with a view of the bay and the sister hotel Lagomandra Beach. The sandy-pebble beach (awarded the Blue Flag) is approx. 150m away and easily accessible by crossing a pedestrian bridge. A public bus stop is located directly at the hotel.

The well-kept hotel complex consists of a main building and five outbuildings situated on a small slope, with a total of 120 rooms over 2 floors. The main building houses the reception, Wi-Fi and internet corner (included), bar, TV area, restaurant, and a mini-market. In the garden area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool and 1 pool/snackbar. Towels, loungers, and umbrellas are amply available by the pool (included) and at the beach (for a fee). There is also a taverna on the beach.

Double room Deluxe

The modernly furnished, spacious, and renovated rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, telephone, kettle, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (DD2/D2I).
Alternatively, rooms with a side sea view (DDS) or Deluxe Promo rooms (X2J) are also available.

Junior Suites

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are more spacious with a seating area, a second satellite TV, and garden view (JS2).

Deluxe Family Rooms

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these are located on the ground floor or first floor. The Deluxe Family Rooms have 2 satellite TVs, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and a separate bedroom with a double sofa bed separated by a sliding door (2DF).

Maisonettes

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are more spacious with an open sleeping gallery, 2 bathrooms, and a side sea view (2SM).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 am - 10 am), lunch (12:30 pm - 2 pm), and dinner (7 pm - 9:30 pm). All meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, guests can choose to have lunch as a set menu at the taverna. During meals, branded soft drinks in bottles, juices, water, house wine, and beer are served.
Throughout the day, the pool bar offers various hot and cold coffee specialties and tea such as Frappe, Freddo Espresso, Cappuccino, as well as ice cream from 11 am to 11 pm.
Snacks (hot and cold sandwiches), cakes, and pastries are available from 3 pm to 6 pm at the pool bar.
Selected non-alcoholic beverages such as branded soft drinks, water, and juices, as well as local alcoholic beverages (beer, ouzo, wine, gin, vodka, rum, Aperol Spritz) and two cocktails of the day are available from 11 am to 11 pm.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, starting from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during the low season (November 1 - March 31):
