Location

The hotel is located about 6km from the charming town of Neos Marmaras, situated above the road with views of the bay and the sister hotel Lagomandra Beach. The sand-gravel beach (awarded a Blue Flag) is about 150m away and easily accessible by crossing a pedestrian bridge. A bus stop is located directly at the hotel.

The well-maintained hotel complex consists of a main building and five outbuildings situated on a small slope, with a total of 120 rooms spread across 2 floors. The main building houses the reception, Wi-Fi and internet corner (included), bar, TV lounge, restaurant, and a mini-market. The garden area features a freshwater swimming pool and a pool/snackbar. Towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are amply available for guests by the pool (included) and at the beach (for a fee). There is also a beach taverna.

Deluxe Double Room

The modern, spacious, and renovated rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, telephone, kettle, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (DD2/D2I).
Optional rooms with side sea view (DDS) or Deluxe Promo rooms are also available (X2J).

Junior Suites

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are more spacious and include a seating area, a second satellite TV, and garden view (JS2).

Deluxe Family Rooms 

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these rooms are located on the ground or first floor. The Deluxe Family Rooms feature 2 satellite TVs, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and a separate sleeping area with a double sofa bed, separated by a sliding door (2DF).

Maisonettes

More spacious than the Deluxe Double Rooms, these feature an open sleeping gallery, 2 bathrooms, and a side sea view (2SM).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2 PM), and dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM). All meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. Guests can opt for lunch as a menu choice at the taverna. Branded soft drinks in bottles, juices, water, house wine, and beer are included with meals.
Throughout the day, the pool bar offers various hot and cold coffee specialties and tea, such as Frappe, Freddo Espresso, Cappuccino, as well as ice cream from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Snacks (hot and cold sandwiches), cakes, and pastries are available at the pool bar from 3 PM to 6 PM.
Selected non-alcoholic beverages such as branded soft drinks, water, and juices, as well as local alcoholic beverages (beer, Ouzo, wine, gin, vodka, rum, Aperol Spritz), and two cocktails of the day are available from 11 AM to 11 PM.

Information regarding climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1st, 2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1st, 2025.
For stays during high season (April 1st - October 31st):
Country category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
Country category 3 stars: 5 Euros
Country category 4 stars: 10 Euros
Country category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season (November 1st - March 31st):
Country category 1-2 stars: 0.50 Euros
