Location

Built on a hillside, nestled within a well-maintained garden. It is approx. 600 m to the sandy/pebble beach. The center of Acharavi, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues as well as bars, cafés, and taverns, is approx. 200 m away. Located in a quiet and idyllic setting, the apartment complex is ideal for relaxation.

Facilities

The comfortable complex consists of a main building and several annexes with a total of 90 residential units. The main building houses the lobby with reception, a TV corner, and a buffet restaurant.
In the lush garden area with many secluded spots, there is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (included at the pool, for a fee at the beach), as well as a pool/snack bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
