Location

Built on a hillside, nestled within a well-maintained garden. It is approximately 600 m to the sand/shingle beach. The center of Acharavi, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options as well as bars, cafés, and taverns, is about 200 m away. Located in a quiet and idyllic setting, the apartment complex is ideal for relaxation.

Facilities

The comfortable complex consists of a main building and several annexes with a total of 90 accommodation units. The main building houses a lobby with reception, a TV corner, and a buffet restaurant.
In the lush garden area, which offers plenty of secluded spots, there is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols (included at the pool, for a fee at the beach), and a pool/snack bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Double room Superior

The Superior rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are renovated (DSU). Optionally bookable with a side sea view (D2S).

These feature the same amenities as the double rooms and include a separate bedroom (DF2).
Optionally bookable with a side sea view (FS2) or direct sea view (F2M).

Family room Superior

The Family room Superior units feature the same amenities as the family rooms but are renovated and slightly more spacious (F2U).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and per room.
