Location

Built on a slope, amidst a well-kept garden. The sand/pebble beach is approx. 600 m away. The center of Acharavi with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as bars, cafes, and tavernas, is approx. 200 m away. Quietly and idyllically located, the apartment complex is ideal for relaxation.

Facilities

The comfortable complex consists of a main building and several outbuildings with a total of 90 residential units. The main building houses an entrance hall with a reception, a TV corner, and a buffet restaurant.
The lushly planted garden with many quiet areas features a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included by the pool, for a fee on the beach), and a pool/snackbar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Double room

Lovingly furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, rental safe, and balcony or terrace with garden view (D).

Double room Superior

The Superior rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, have been renovated (DSU). Optionally bookable with a side sea view (D2S).

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a separate bedroom (DF2).
Optionally bookable with a side sea view (FS2) or direct sea view (F2M).

Family room Superior

The Family Superior rooms, with the same amenities as the family rooms, have been renovated and are somewhat more spacious (F2U).
Optionally bookable with sea view (FMZ).

Family room Superior with pool view 2 bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Family Superior rooms, these rooms feature 2 bedrooms and a pool view (FUP).

Notice for Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from January 1, 2025.
