Located directly on the pebble beach of Barbati with crystal-clear water. The town of Barbati is only a few minutes' walk away.
Corfu Town and Corfu Airport are approximately 20 km away.

Facilities

The apartment complex is generously laid out and features 60 comfortably furnished living units with parking spaces, surrounded by lush and well-maintained gardens with olive trees, some with fantastic views of the sea, a tavern, snack bar, pool bar, swimming pool, and sun terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach.

Studio

The studios are cosily furnished and feature a well-equipped kitchenette (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, electric hob with ceramic plate and oven), dining area, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, ironing station, safe, and a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd person, as well as a terrace (S12).
Also available for single occupancy (S11).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

These have the same features as the studios but are more spacious and feature an additional bedroom as well as a balcony or terrace with garden views (A12). The one-bedroom apartments have been freshly renovated.
Also available for single occupancy (A11).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

These apartments have the same basic equipment as the 1-bedroom apartments and feature an additional bedroom with 2 single beds, a washing machine, and a sofa bed or extra bed (A22).

Maisonette

With identical basic equipment to the apartments, the maisonettes are comfortably furnished and feature a bedroom and bathroom on the upper level as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, washing machine, WC, and sleeping options for the 3rd and 4th person (M2).

Maisonette private pool

Featuring the same equipment as the maisonettes, these also have a private pool (bathrobes included) in the garden (MT2).

Maisonette 2 Bedrooms private pool

These feature the same equipment as the maisonettes but are more spacious and consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level. Additionally, they have a dishwasher, and in the garden with a terrace, there is a private pool and balcony (2MX).
Also available upon request with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower, one with bathtub) as well as sea views (P32, upon request).

Prestige Villa 2 Bedrooms private pool

The newly built villas have the same equipment as the apartments and consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, a living/sleeping room with kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a terrace with a private infinity pool (heatable in April and October) and sea view (5PM).

Destination information: Climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
