Located directly on the pebble beach of Barbati with crystal-clear water. The village of Barbati is just a few minutes' walk away.
Corfu Town and Corfu Airport are approx. 20 km away.

Facilities

The apartment complex is generously designed and features 60 exquisitely furnished living units with parking spaces, surrounded by lush and well-maintained gardens with olive trees, some with fantastic sea views, a taverna, snack bar, pool bar, swimming pool, and sun terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available by the pool free of charge, and on the beach for a fee.

Accommodation

Studios

The studios are cozily furnished and feature a well-equipped kitchenette (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, electric hob with ceramic hob and oven), dining area, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, ironing station, safe, and a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd person, as well as a terrace (S12).
Also available for single occupancy (S11) upon booking.

Apartments

With the same amenities as the studios, these are more spacious and feature an additional bedroom and a balcony or terrace with garden views (A12). The one-bedroom apartments are freshly renovated.
Also available for single occupancy (A11) or with two bedrooms including a washing machine and an extra bed/sofa bed upon booking (A22).

Maisonette

With identical basic amenities as the apartments, the maisonettes are comfortably furnished and feature one bedroom and a bathroom on the upper level, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. The ground floor houses a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, washing machine, WC, and sleeping facilities for the 3rd and 4th person (M2).

Maisonette private pool

With the same amenities as the maisonettes, these feature a private pool (including bathrobes) in the garden (MT2).
The private pool is not supervised. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave with caution.

Maisonette (2 bedrooms)

These have the same amenities as the maisonettes but are more spacious and consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level. Additionally, they feature a dishwasher and in the garden with a terrace, a private pool and balcony (2MX).
Also available on request with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two with shower, one with bathtub) and sea view (P32, on request).

Villa

The newly built villas have the same amenities as the apartments and consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a terrace with a private infinity pool (heated in April and October) and sea view (5PM).
The private pool is not supervised. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave with caution.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
