Located directly on the pebble beach of Barbati with crystal clear water. The town of Barbati is only a few minutes' walk away.
Corfu Town and Corfu Airport are approx. 20 km away.

Facilities

The apartment complex is generously laid out and features 60 comfortably furnished units with parking, surrounded by lush and well-kept gardens with olive trees, some with fantastic views of the sea, a tavern, snack bar, pool bar, swimming pool, and sun terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach.

Studio

The studios are comfortably furnished and feature a well-equipped kitchenette (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, electric stove with ceramic hob, and oven), dining area, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, ironing board, safe, and a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd person, as well as a terrace (S12).
Optionally also bookable for single use (S11).

1-bedroom apartment

With the same facilities as the studios, these are more spacious and feature an additional bedroom as well as a balcony or terrace with garden views (A12). The 1-bedroom apartments have been recently renovated.

2-bedroom apartment

With the same basic facilities as the 1-bedroom apartments, these apartments feature an additional bedroom with 2 single beds, a washing machine, and a sofa bed or extra bed (A22).

Maisonette

With identical basic facilities to the apartments, the maisonettes are comfortably furnished and feature a bedroom and bathroom on the upper level as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, washing machine, WC, and sleeping options for the 3rd and 4th person (M2).

Maisonette with private pool

With the same facilities as the maisonettes, these include a private pool (bathrobes included) in the garden (MT2).

2-bedroom maisonette with private pool

These feature the same facilities as the maisonettes but are more spacious, consisting of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level. Additionally, they have a dishwasher and, in the garden with terrace, a private pool and balcony (2MX).
Optionally bookable upon request with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower, one with bathtub) as well as sea view (P32, upon request).

Prestige Villa 2-bedroom with private pool

The newly built villas have the same facilities as the apartments and consist of 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, a living/sleeping room with kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a terrace with a private infinity pool (heatable in April and October) and sea view (5PM).

Climate Resilience Tax Note

For stays from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of Jan 1, 2025, is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
