The hotel complex will be extensively renovated in all public areas for Summer 2026 and will reopen with a new concept and a broad sports and activity program. Facilities include a main building and several outbuildings with a total of 223 rooms. The Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (Beach Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant), 4 bars (main, pool, beach, and rooftop bar (beach and rooftop areas are open from mid-May to mid-October; weather permitting)), free Wi-Fi in all areas, a mini-market, and 2 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach.
Admission to the Lido Water Park (open weather permitting from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the park.

Information for climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a contribution for climate resilience, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):
