The hotel complex will be extensively renovated in all public areas by summer 2026 and will open with a new concept and a wide range of sports and activity programs. Facilities include a main building and several annexes with a total of 223 rooms. The Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (Beach Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant), 4 bars (main bar, pool bar, beach bar, and rooftop bar; the beach and rooftop areas operate from mid-May to mid-October, weather permitting), complimentary Wi-Fi in all areas, a mini-market, as well as 2 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the swimming pools and the beach.
Entrance to the Lido Waterpark (open weather permitting from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the park.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government introduced a climate resilience tax, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of Jan 1, 2025.
