The hotel complex will be extensively renovated in all public areas for Summer 2026 and will reopen with a new concept and a wide range of sports and activities. Facilities include a main building and several annex buildings with a total of 223 rooms. The Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (Beach Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant), 4 bars (main, pool, beach, and rooftop bar (beach and rooftop areas are open from mid-May to mid-October; weather permitting)), free Wi-Fi in all areas, a mini-market, and 2 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the swimming pools and on the beach.
Entry to the Lido Water Park (open depending on weather from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle service there.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
