The hotel complex was extensively renovated in all public areas for the summer of 2026 and reopens with a new concept and a wide range of sports and activity programs. The facilities include a main building and several annexes with a total of 223 rooms. The Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (Beach Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant), 4 bars (main, pool, beach, and rooftop bar (the beach and rooftop areas are operated from mid-May to mid-October, weather permitting)), free Wi-Fi in all areas, a mini-market, and 2 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge at the swimming pools and on the beach.
Admission to the Lido Water Park (open weather permitting from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the park.
