The hotel is located on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen (Matagorda), 500 m from the beach and the promenade; the centre of Puerto del Carmen with its main beach is approx. 4 km away.
The shopping centre by the beach invites you to stroll around and offers various bars and restaurants.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a taxi rank and a bus stop (connections to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife).

Facilities

The complex is spread over several apartment buildings, each with 2 floors.
The complex includes a reception (24 hours), a buffet restaurant, a snack bar, a lounge bar, a self-service laundry with tumble dryer (both for a fee), and a small supermarket.
In the garden area, there are 2 freshwater pools on two levels (both heated from November to April) with a children's area as well as sun loungers and parasols (included).

Apartment

The apartments (approx. 44 m²) have a separate bedroom, a living/bedroom (sofa bed for the 3rd person plus an extra bed for the 4th person), and a shower/WC.
The kitchen area is very well equipped with a fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, and dining area.
In the living area, there is a sofa bed, satellite TV (5 German channels), telephone, and safe (for a fee).
