Location

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen (Matagorda), 500 m from the beach and promenade. The centre of Puerto del Carmen with its main beach is approx. 4 km away.
The shopping centre by the beach invites you to stroll and offers various bars and restaurants.
A taxi stand and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity (connections to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife).

Facilities

The complex is spread across several apartment buildings, each with 2 floors.
The complex features a reception (24 hours), a buffet restaurant, a snack bar, a lounge bar, a self-service laundry with dryer (both for a fee), and a small supermarket.
In the garden area, there are two levels with 2 freshwater pools (both heated from November to April) with a children's section, sun loungers, and umbrellas (included).

Apartment

The apartments (approx. 44 m²) feature a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area (sofa bed for the 3rd person and a rollaway bed for the 4th person), and a shower/WC.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a refrigerator, hob, toaster, kettle, extractor fan, and a dining area.
The living area includes a sofa bed, satellite TV in the living room (5 German channels), a telephone, and a safe (for a fee).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style. A late riser breakfast is available at the pool bar. Various snacks, coffee, and cake are available at the pool bar.
All-inclusive drinks are available from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM and include:
Coffee (not included with lunch and dinner), milk, cocoa, various juices, soft drinks, water, beer, local wines, sangria.
Selected cocktails/liqueurs/brandies/spirits (not served during meals).
All-inclusive service begins at 12:00 PM on arrival and ends at 12:00 PM on departure.
