The hotel is located on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen (Matagorda), 500 m from the beach and the promenade; the center of Puerto del Carmen with its main beach is approx. 4 km away.
The shopping center by the beach invites you to stroll around and offers various bars and restaurants.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a taxi rank and a bus stop (connections to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife).

The complex features a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant, a snack bar, a lounge bar, a self-service laundry room with dryers (both for a fee), and a small supermarket.
The garden area includes 2 freshwater pools on two levels (both heated from November to April) with a children's section, as well as loungers and parasols (included).

The apartments (approx. 44 m²) feature a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping room (sofa bed for the 3rd person plus an extra bed for the 4th person), and a shower/WC.
The kitchen area is very well-equipped with a refrigerator, hob, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, and dining area.
The living area includes a sofa bed, satellite TV in the living room (5 German channels), a telephone, and a safe (for a fee).
