The hotel is separated from the long, expansive sandy beach "Playa de los Pocillos" (approx. 30 m) only by the promenade and coastal road.
Shopping facilities are located only approx. 400 m away, as well as further shopping and entertainment options in Puerto del Carmen at approx. 2 km distance.
A bus stop is located approx. 300 m away and you can reach the airport after 8 km.

The hotel has a total of 598 rooms, spread across two 2-3 story main buildings and several 1-story annex buildings on the edge of the garden area, some located near the coastal road.
Amenities include a 24-hour reception, elevators, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (included), a main restaurant "Los Pocillos" with an outdoor terrace, two themed restaurants (Canarian "Yaiza" and Asian "Yashima"), several bars, and two grill stations ("Pepe's Food Paraíso" and "Pepe's Food Flamboyán").
The beautifully designed outdoor area features four swimming pools (two of which are heated in winter), an integrated children's pool, and a separate children's pool (both heated in winter), and a sun terrace.
Sun loungers, Sun umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool. The hotel also offers a "RiuArt Atelier," shops (boutique and souvenir/kiosk), a discotheque (open 6 times a week), and the "Body Love" health and beauty center.

The 23 sqm rooms are located in the main buildings and feature either two beds of 110x200cm or one bed of 180x200cm. Equipped like the double rooms, but smaller (22 sqm) with a 180x200cm bed and sea or pool view. (EM)

Family Room 1 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms (36 sqm) have two 110x200cm beds and a separate bedroom with air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled) and a separate living room with a sofa bed.
Both rooms have a ceiling fan.
The family rooms are located in the annex buildings with garden views. (DF2/F1K)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the spacious suites (42 sqm) are located in the main building and have a combined living room with a sofa bed and a large balcony/large terrace with garden view. (S2)

Varied breakfast buffet with show cooking, continental late riser breakfast in "Pepe's Food Paraiso" as a buffet, lunch and dinner buffet with dessert selection, as well as lunch specialties from the grill "Pepe's Food" and themed buffets twice a week in the evening. Snacks outside of meals and 24-hour drinks. Dinner is also available in one of the two themed restaurants (Asian or Canarian/reservation required on site). National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the respective open bars, during meals, and in the discotheque.
Wearing a plastic wristband is mandatory to use the all-inclusive services. Gentlemen are asked to wear long trousers for dinner.
