The hotel has a total of 598 rooms, which are distributed across two 2–3-story main buildings as well as several 1-story annexes at the edge of the garden area, some near the coastal road.
Amenities include a 24-hour reception, elevators, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (included), a main restaurant "Los Pocillos" with an outdoor terrace, two specialty restaurants (Canarian "Yaiza" and Asian "Yashima"), several bars, and two grill stations ("Pepe's Food Paraíso" and "Pepe's Food Flamboyán").
In the beautifully designed outdoor area, there are four swimming pools (two of which can be heated in winter), an integrated children's pool, as well as a separate children's pool (both can be heated in winter), and a sun terrace.
Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available free of charge by the pool. Furthermore, the hotel offers a "RiuArt Atelier," shops (boutique and souvenir/kiosk), a nightclub (open 6 times a week), as well as the "Body Love" health and beauty center.

Family room 1 bedroom

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms (36m²) feature two 110x200cm beds, a separate bedroom with air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled), and a separate lounge with a sofa bed.
There are ceiling fans in both rooms.
