The hotel is separated from the long, extensive sandy beach "Playa de los Pocillos" only by the promenade and coastal road (approx. 30 m).
Shops are located about 400 m away, as well as further shopping and entertainment facilities in Puerto del Carmen, approx. 2 km away.

The hotel has a total of 598 rooms, distributed across two main buildings with 2-3 floors and several 1-story annex buildings on the edge of the garden area, some located near the coastal road.
Amenities include a 24-hour reception, elevators, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (included), a main restaurant "Los Pocillos" with an outdoor terrace, two themed restaurants (Canarian "Yaiza" and Asian "Yashima"), several bars, and two grill stations ("Pepe's Food Paraíso" and "Pepe's Food Flamboyán").
The beautifully designed outdoor area features four swimming pools (two of which are heated in winter), an integrated children's pool, and a separate children's pool (both heated in winter), as well as a sun terrace.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool. The hotel also offers a "RiuArt Atelier," shops (boutique and souvenir/kiosk), a disco (open 6 times a week), and the "Body Love" health and beauty center.

The 23m² rooms are located in the main buildings and feature either two beds measuring 110x200cm or one bed measuring 180x200cm. Equipped like the double rooms, but smaller (22m²) with a 180x200cm bed and sea or pool view. (EM)

Family Room 1 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms (36m²) have two 110x200cm beds and a separate bedroom with air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled) and a separate living room with a sofa bed.
Both rooms have a ceiling fan.
The family rooms are located in the annex buildings with garden views. (DF2/F1K)
Also available with two separate bedrooms (56m²/2FB). Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a 150x200cm bed each.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the spacious suites (42m²) are located in the main building and feature a combined living room with a sofa bed and a large balcony/terrace with garden view. (S2)

Varied breakfast buffet with show cooking, continental late riser breakfast in "Pepe's Food Paraiso" as a buffet, lunch and dinner buffet with dessert selection, as well as grilled specialties from "Pepe's Food" for lunch and themed buffets twice a week for dinner. Snacks outside of meals and 24-hour drinks. Dinner is also available in one of the two themed restaurants (Canarian or Asian/reservation required on site). National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the open bars, during meals, and in the disco.
Wearing a plastic wristband is mandatory to use the All-Inclusive services. Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers for dinner.
