Location

The luxury hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach (partially stone slabs present in the sea) of Kumköy. The town of Side, with many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 5 km away and is easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The Kirman Group hotel complex offers a total of 436 rooms over five floors with elevators. Various amenities include the elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and an elegant lobby; Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel complex, and a game hall is included at certain times. There is a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (each with advance reservation, one of the restaurants designated by the hotel is included for stays of 7 nights; others for a fee) and a discotheque (on certain days). Various shops and a mini-market are available for a fee. There is a wellness area and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (seasonal). In the garden area, you will find the amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool with three water slides, a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are provided for our guests at the pools and on the beach.

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 28 m²) with one French bed and a sofa offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate and tile floors, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view are available for an extra charge (DM). DR=SR for single use (DE/DEM). Rooms with a terrace and whirlpool are available for an extra charge (DT2).

Family Room

With similar features to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, only one bathroom/WC, and are approx. 38 m² in size. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Both rooms have an LCD satellite TV and air conditioning, which is centrally controlled and operates on an hourly basis (DF2). Sea view is available for an extra charge (F2M).

Family Room Terrace

With similar features to the family rooms, these additionally include a terrace and a whirlpool (FT2).

Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, and dinner are served from extensive buffets; lunch is available at the snack restaurant and, in high season, in the main restaurant. During the day, tea/coffee/pastries and midnight snacks are provided. Various alcoholic drinks (including some imported drinks in summer '23) and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. Premium minibar (the premium minibar contains a bottle of beer, malt drink, 37.5 cl bottle of red wine, 20 cl imported whiskey, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, soda, chocolate, Sprite, canned cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, chocolate upon arrival; further restocking with beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic drinks).
