Location

The luxury hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach (partially stone slabs in the sea) of Kumköy. The town of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 5 km away and is easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The hotel complex of the Kirman Group offers a total of 436 rooms on five floors with elevators. Various amenities include the elegant entrance hall with reception, cozy seating areas, and an elegant lobby; Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel complex, and a game hall is included at certain times. There is a buffet restaurant, various à-la-carte restaurants (each requiring prior reservation; one of the hotel's designated restaurants is included once per stay of 7 nights, others are available for a fee), and a disco (on certain days). There are various shops and a mini-market for a fee. A wellness area and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (seasonal) are available. In the garden area, there is an amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool with three water slides, a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included for our guests at the pools and on the beach.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are approx. 28 m² and feature a French bed and a sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), laminate and tile flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). DR=SR for single use (DE/DEM). Rooms with terrace and whirlpool can be booked for an extra charge (DT2)

Family Room

With similar features to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, but only one bathroom/WC, and are approx. 38 m² in size. The master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Both rooms have an LCD satellite TV and air conditioning, which is centrally controlled and operates on an hourly basis (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (F2M).

Family Room Terrace

With similar features to the family rooms, these additionally offer a terrace and a whirlpool (FT2).

For breakfast, late-riser breakfast, and dinner, you can help yourself from rich buffets; lunch is available at the snack restaurant and, in high season, in the main restaurant. During the day, tea/coffee/pastries and midnight snacks are offered. Various alcoholic drinks, some import drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. Premium minibar (The premium minibar includes, on the day of arrival, a bottle of beer, malt, a 37.5 cl bottle of red wine, 20 cl of import whiskey, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, soda, chocolate, Sprite, a can of Cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips. Further refills include beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic drinks.
