The resort hotel is located directly on the Manavgat River, about 250 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach; a free shuttle service to the beach runs several times a day. Side can be reached after about 7 km; public transport is available.

The comfortable hotel offers a total of 378 rooms spread over seven floors. Amenities include a modern lobby with reception in atrium style, Wi-Fi (included in the lobby area and in rooms), elevators, stylish seating areas and a lobby bar, the main restaurant, the lobby terrace, three à-la-carte restaurants (Turkish, Italian, and fish restaurant; with reservation, once per week included), further bars, and a disco. Additionally, there is a heated indoor pool (open in April and October) with a separate children's pool (seasonal) in the hotel. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with four water slides (by the hour), sun terraces, and a snack bar; another snack bar is available at the beach. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach.

The attractively decorated rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tiled floor, and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) are available for an extra charge. DZ = EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

With similar features to the double rooms, featuring one double and one single bed as well as a sofa bed (DA).

Family Room Duplex

These maisonette-style rooms on two levels (a double bed on the lower floor and two single beds on the upper floor) consist of two bedrooms, a shower/WC, each with an LCD satellite TV, and have land view. The front of the upper floor can be closed off with a sliding door (DUF).

Family Room

With similar features to the double rooms, they offer a second bedroom separated by a door with a bathroom and a TV (DF2).
