The resort hotel is located directly on the Manavgat River, approximately 250 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. A shuttle service runs to the beach several times a day free of charge. Side can be reached in about 7 km, and public transport is available.

The comfortable hotel offers a total of 378 rooms spread across seven floors. Amenities include a modern lobby with an atrium-style reception, free Wi-Fi in the lobby and rooms, elevators, chic seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant, the lobby terrace, three à la carte restaurants (Turkish, Italian, and Fish Restaurant, reservation required, included once a week), further bars, and a disco. The hotel also features a heated indoor pool (open in April and October) with a separate children's pool (seasonal). The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with four water slides (operates at specific hours), sun terraces, and a snack bar. A further snack bar is available on the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and on the beach.

Double Room

The attractively decorated rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), air conditioning (central control), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tiled floor, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) are available at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, featuring a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed (DA).

Duplex Family Room

These maisonette-style rooms over two levels (a double bed on the lower level and two single beds on the upper level) consist of two bedrooms, a shower/WC, each with an LCD satellite TV, and have a land view. The front of the upper level can be closed with a sliding door (DUF).

Family Room

With amenities similar to the double rooms, they offer a second bedroom separated by a door, with a bathroom and a TV (DF2).
