The Resort Hotel is located directly on the Manavgat River, about 250 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach; a shuttle service to the beach runs free of charge several times a day. Side can be reached after about 7 km, public transport is available.

The comfortable hotel offers a total of 378 rooms spread over seven floors. Amenities include a modern reception hall with an atrium-style reception, Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and rooms, elevators, chic seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant, the lobby terrace, three à la carte restaurants (Turkish, Italian, and Fish Restaurant, with reservation, included once a week) further bars and a discotheque. There is also a heated indoor pool (open in April and October) with a separate children's pool (seasonal) in the hotel. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is the swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with four water slides (hourly), sun terraces, and the snack bar; a further snack bar is available on the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and on the beach.

The attractively decorated rooms offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tiled floor, and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) at an extra charge. Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family room Duplex

The maisonette-style rooms on two levels (double bed on the lower level and two single beds on the upper level) consist of two bedrooms, a shower/toilet, each with an LCD satellite TV and have land view. The front of the upper level can be closed by a sliding door (DUF).

Family room

With amenities similar to the double rooms, they offer a second bedroom separated by a door, with a bathroom and a TV (DF2).
