Summer:
The luxurious holiday resort of the well-known Barut hotel chain is located on a 135,000 m² plot in the tourism area of Lara. The comfort hotel has a total of 468 rooms of various types, distributed across the main building, garden buildings (each with elevators), and the lagoon section. The many hotel facilities include the modern lobby with reception, cozy seating areas (Wi-Fi is included in all hotel areas), and lobby bar, as well as the buffet restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), various à-la-carte restaurants (unlimited use subject to availability and reservation), the new patisserie, various bars, a nightclub (for ages 16+), a cinema, the beautiful seawater indoor pool (connected to the outdoor pool by a tunnel, heated in winter depending on weather conditions) with a separate children's pool, and the 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. Additionally, the hotel has various shops, a mini-market, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the spacious and well-kept garden area, there are a total of four swimming pools, a pool with a bar in the lagoon area, the new aquapark with a King Cobra water slide (hourly), another pool bar, sun terraces, and the beach and cocktail bar. At the pool and on the beach (pier with loungers and sun canopy), parasols, sun loungers, and bath towels are included for guests.
An extraordinary experience is offered by one of the 24 Bayou Villas, which are privileged in a unique natural setting and spread over an area of 25,000 m² in four different categories. Here, numerous privileges can be enjoyed, such as the Weik à-la-carte restaurant or Bayou Bar, which may only be used by villa guests, or the pavilions at the beach available specifically for villa guests, and much more. These villas can be booked under the code AYT025.

Deluxe Lagoon Access/Swim Up

Located in the lagoon area. 2 Queen Size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. Deluxe Double Room (DDS/MPX)

The 38-40 m² rooms are located in the main building and have a side sea view. They are tastefully and comfortably equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, laminate flooring, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi included, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, 55" LCD Ultra HD Smart IP Sat TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, coffee machine as well as sofa, side sea view, and balcony (DDS). Double room = single room (EDD). Rooms with side sea/and pool view (MPX). Double room = single room (1PX). Double Deluxe Side Pool/Side Sea View (AYT846)

The rooms are similar in equipment and size to the deluxe double rooms but have a side pool or a side sea view. Bookable as single occupancy, or with 1 adult + 2 children (DDA) or as Type B with an occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child (K2D).

Double Deluxe Garden Building (DD2)

The rooms are located in the garden building with a garden view; they are slightly smaller but otherwise have the same facilities as the deluxe double rooms (DD2). Double room = single room for single occupancy (DD1).

Double Deluxe Swim up

In the garden area and on the ground floor with a terrace featuring two deckchairs and direct pool access as well as pool view (bookable for children from 6 years) (DWU). Double room = single room for single occupancy (WU1).

Corner Suite

The suites with sea view are located in the main building and, with otherwise similar facilities and size to the deluxe double rooms, feature a kingsize bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and sofa bed as well as a whirlpool and deckchairs on the terrace (CSZ). Double room = single room for single occupancy (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A

These appealing room types in the garden area offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two showers/WC, two televisions, and otherwise similar facilities to the deluxe double rooms, as well as a balcony or terrace with a garden view (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B

The rooms are located on the ground floor and are significantly larger (90-95m²) than the Family Suites Type A, with direct pool view, large terrace, seating groups, and pool access to the shared pool of this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room

The rooms are located in the lagoon area, feature a balcony with a seating group, and are not on the ground floor (LD2). Double room = single room (L1D).

Junior Suite (AYT025)

The junior suites with garden view are located in the lagoon area on the upper floors and feature a bedroom and a living room without a connecting door. The bedroom is equipped with a kingsize bed (200 cm x 200 cm) as well as a sofa. A cozy seating group is provided in the living room. Furthermore, individual air conditioning and two televisions, with otherwise the same facilities as the deluxe double rooms (JS2). Double room = single room for single occupancy (JS1).

Penthouse Suite (AYT025)

In addition to the same facilities as the deluxe double rooms, the suites are slightly larger, located on the upper floors of the lagoon area, and offer a kingsize bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating group, and a bathroom in the style of a Turkish hammam with a rain shower. On the large terrace with garden/pool view, there are two deckchairs and a whirlpool (PHS). Double room = single room for single occupancy (1PH).

Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic (including fresh orange juice) as well as imported drinks included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars.
