The hotel complex is located directly on the long pebble/sand beach of Lara. The provincial capital Antalya is approx. 12 km away, and the airport approx. 10 km away. Public bus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

Summer:
The luxurious holiday resort of the well-known Barut hotel chain is situated on a 135,000 m² property in the Lara tourist area. The comfort hotel has a total of 468 rooms of various types, distributed across the main building, garden buildings (both with lifts), and the lagoon section. Among the many hotel facilities are the modern lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas (Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel areas), and lobby bar, as well as the buffet restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (unlimited use based on availability and reservation), the new patisserie, several bars, a nightclub (for ages 16+), cinema, the beautiful seawater indoor pool (connected by a tunnel to the outdoor pool, heated in winter depending on weather) with a separate children's pool, and the 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. The hotel also features various shops, a mini-market, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (all for a fee). In the spacious and well-maintained garden area, there are a total of four swimming pools. In the lagoon area, there is a pool with a bar, the new aquapark with a King Kobra waterslide (open at certain hours), another pool bar, sun terraces, and the beach and cocktail bar. Umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towels are included for guests by the pool and on the beach (bathing jetty with loungers and sunshades).
An exceptional experience is offered by one of the 24 Bayou Villas, privileged in a unique natural setting across four different categories, spread over an area of 25,000 m². Here, numerous privileges can be enjoyed, such as the Weik à la carte restaurant or the Bayou Bar, which can only be used by villa guests, or the pavilions on the beach specifically available for villa guests, and much more. These villas can be booked under code AYT025.

Deluxe Double Room (DDS/MPX/2DM)

The rooms, measuring 38-40 m², are located in the main building and have a side sea view. They are tastefully and comfortably equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, laminate flooring, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi included, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, coffee machine, as well as a sofa, side sea view, and balcony (DDS). Double room = single room (EDD). Rooms with side sea/pool view (MPX). Double room = single room (1PX). Or with direct sea view, then with two sun loungers on the balcony, bookable at an extra charge (Room size: 48-50 m²: 2DM/from Summer 2026 DDM). Double room = single room for sole use (1DM/from Winter '25 DM1).

Double Deluxe Garden Building (DD2)

The rooms are located in the garden building with a view of the garden, slightly smaller but otherwise equipped the same as the Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2). Double room = single room for sole use (DD1).

Double Deluxe Swim Up Room

Located in the garden area and on the ground floor with a terrace with two sun loungers and direct pool access, as well as pool view (can be booked for children aged 6 and over) (SWX/from Summer 2026 DWU). Double room = single room for sole use (WU1).

Corner Suite

The suites with sea view are located in the main building. With otherwise similar amenities and size to the Deluxe Double Rooms, they feature a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed, as well as a whirlpool and sun loungers on the terrace (CSZ). Double room = single room for sole use (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A

These attractive room types in the garden area offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two showers/WCs, two televisions, otherwise with similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, as well as a balcony or terrace with a garden view (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B

The rooms are located on the ground floor and are significantly larger (90-95 m²) than the Family Rooms Type A, with direct pool view, a large terrace, seating areas, and pool access to the communal pool of this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room

The rooms are located in the lagoon area, have a balcony with seating and are not on the ground floor (LD2). Double room = single room (L1D).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites with garden view are located in the lagoon area on the upper floors, featuring a bedroom and a living room without a connecting door. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. A cozy seating area is located in the living room. Additionally, there is individual air conditioning and two televisions, with otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms (JS2). Double room = single room for sole use (JS1).

Penthouse Suite

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the suites are slightly larger, located in the lagoon area, and offer a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating area, a bathroom in Turkish Hamam style with a rain shower. The large terrace with garden/pool view includes two sun loungers and a whirlpool (PHS). Double room = single room for sole use (1PH).

Deluxe Lagoon Access/Swim Up

Located in the lagoon area. 2 Queen Size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. Smart room automation system, vanity table and mirror, WC, split air conditioning, telephone, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Chromecast, satellite transmission, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, magnifying cosmetic mirror in the bathroom, hairdryer, curling iron, bathrobes, slippers, minibar, safe, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and tea/coffee set. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the extensive buffet or in the all-day dining à la carte restaurant (included without prior reservation), breakfast options are also available in the garden, late riser breakfast, a snack restaurant in the garden area during the day without reservation, various pastries and scoop ice cream service at the patisserie. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including fresh orange juice) as well as imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, still water, and mineral water upon arrival and is refilled daily.

Wine specialties, lobster in the à la carte restaurant, and Secret Grill à la carte restaurant are subject to a charge.

Sports included
