Summer:
The luxurious holiday resort of the well-known Barut hotel chain is located on a 135,000 m² plot in the Lara tourism area. The comfort hotel has a total of 468 rooms of various types, which are distributed across the main building, garden buildings (lifts available in each), and the lagoon section. The many hotel facilities include the modern lobby with reception, cozy seating areas (Wi-Fi is included in all hotel areas), and a lobby bar, as well as the buffet restaurant with terrace (depending on weather), various à-la-carte restaurants (unlimited use subject to availability and reservation), the new patisserie, diverse bars, a nightclub (from age 16), cinema, the beautiful seawater indoor pool (connected to the outdoor pool by a tunnel, heated in winter depending on weather conditions) with a separate children's pool, and the 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. In addition, the hotel features various shops, a mini-market, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the spacious and well-maintained garden area, there are a total of four swimming pools, a pool with a bar in the lagoon area, the new aquapark with King Kobra water slide (open by the hour), an additional pool bar, sun terraces, and the beach and cocktail bar. At the pool and on the beach (jetty with sun loungers and canopy), sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and bath towels are included for guests.
An extraordinary experience is offered by one of the 24 Bayou Villas, which are privileged in a unique natural setting and spread over an area of 25,000 m². Here, numerous privileges can be enjoyed, such as the Weik à-la-carte restaurant or the Bayou Bar, which is exclusively for villa guests, as well as pavilions on the beach available specifically for villa guests, and much more. These villas can be booked under the code AYT025.

Deluxe Double Room (DDS/MPX)

The rooms, 38-40 m² in size, are located in the main building and have partial sea views. They are tastefully and comfortably equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, laminate flooring, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi included, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, 55" LCD Ultra HD Smart IP satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, coffee machine, as well as a sofa, partial sea views, and a balcony (DDS). Double room = single room (EDD). Rooms with partial sea and pool views (MPX). Double room = single room (1PX). Or with direct sea views, then bookable for an extra charge with two sun loungers on the balcony (room size: 48-50 m²: DDM). Double room = single room for single occupancy (1DM/from Winter '25 DM1).

Double Deluxe Garden Building (DD2)

The rooms are located in the garden building with a garden view; they are slightly smaller but otherwise offer the same facilities as the Deluxe double rooms (DD2). Double room = single room for single occupancy (DD1).

Double Deluxe Swim up

Located in the garden area and ground floor with a terrace featuring two sun loungers and direct pool access as well as pool views (bookable for children aged 6 and up) (DWU). Double room = single room for single occupancy (WU1).

Corner Suite

The suites with sea views are located in the main building. They feature similar amenities and size to the Deluxe double rooms but include a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed, as well as a whirlpool and sun loungers on the terrace (CSZ). Double room = single room for single occupancy (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A

These attractive room types in the garden area offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two showers/WC, two televisions, and are otherwise similar in terms of amenities to the Deluxe double rooms, as well as a balcony or terrace with a garden view (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B

The rooms are located on the ground floor and are significantly larger (90-95m²) than the Family Rooms Type A, with direct pool views, a large terrace, seating groups, and pool access to the shared pool of this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room

The rooms are located in the lagoon area, feature a balcony with a seating group, and are not on the ground floor (LD2). Double room = single room (L1D).

Junior Suite

The junior suites with garden views are located on the upper floors of the lagoon area and feature a bedroom and a living room without a connecting door. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. A cozy seating area is located in the living room. Additionally, there is an individual air conditioning system and two televisions, with otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms (JS2). Double room = single room for single occupancy (JS1).

Penthouse Suite

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, the suites are slightly larger, located on the upper floors of the lagoon area, and offer a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating group, and a bathroom in the style of a Turkish hammam with a rain shower. On the large terrace with garden/pool views, there are two sun loungers and a whirlpool (PHS). Double room = single room for single occupancy (1PH).

Deluxe Lagoon Access/Swim Up

Located in the lagoon area. 2 queen-size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. Smart room automation system, vanity table and mirror, WC, split air conditioning, telephone, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Chromecast, satellite transmission, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, hairdryer, curling iron, bathrobes, slippers, minibar, safe, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and tea/coffee set. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the rich buffet or at the all-day dining à la carte (included without advance reservation); breakfast options are also available in the garden, late-riser breakfast, a snack restaurant in the garden area during the day without reservation, various pastries, and scoop ice cream service in the patisserie. Diverse local alcoholic and non-alcoholic (including fresh orange juice) as well as imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, the minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, table water, and mineral water and is replenished daily.

New tennis courts during the day, a new open-air fitness area, squash, rental of tennis and squash rackets and balls, fitness room, darts, archery, aerobics, basketball, table tennis, mini-football, jogging path, and mini-golf, as well as beach volleyball.
