Summer:
The luxurious holiday resort of the well-known Barut hotel chain is located on a 135,000 m² plot in the tourist area of Lara. The comfort hotel features a total of 468 rooms of various types, distributed across the main building, garden buildings (lifts available in each), and the lagoon section. The many hotel facilities include a modern lobby with reception, cozy seating areas (Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel areas), and a lobby bar, as well as the buffet restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (can be used unlimitedly subject to availability and reservation), the new patisserie, diverse bars, a nightclub (ages 16+), a cinema, the beautiful seawater indoor pool (connected to the outdoor pool by a tunnel, heated in winter depending on weather conditions) with a separate children's pool, and the 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. In addition, the hotel features various shops, a mini-market, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the spacious and well-kept garden area, there are a total of four swimming pools, a pool with a bar in the lagoon area, the new aquapark with King Cobra water slide (hourly), another pool bar, sun terraces, and the beach and cocktail bar. Parasols, loungers, and beach towels are included for guests at the pool and on the beach (bathing pier with loungers and sun roof).
An extraordinary experience is offered by one of the 24 Bayou Villas, privileged in unique nature in four different categories, which span an area of 25,000 m². Here, numerous privileges can be enjoyed, such as the Weik à la carte restaurant or the Bayou Bar, which may only be used by villa guests, or the pavilions at the beach available specifically for villa guests, and much more. These villas can be booked under the code AYT025.

Deluxe Double Room (DDS/MPX)

The 38-40 m² rooms are located in the main building and have side sea views. They are tastefully and comfortably equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, laminate flooring, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi included, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, 55" LCD Ultra HD Smart IP satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, coffee machine, as well as a sofa, side sea view, and balcony (DDS). Double room = single room (EDD). Rooms with side sea and pool views (MPX). Double room = single room (1PX). Or with direct sea view, then bookable with two loungers on the balcony for an extra charge (room size: 48-50 m²: DDM). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (1DM/from W25 DM1).

Double Deluxe Garden Building (DD2)

The rooms are located in the garden building with garden views, slightly smaller with otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (DD1).

Double Room Deluxe Swim Up

In the garden area and ground floor with a terrace with two loungers and direct pool access as well as pool view (bookable for children aged 6 and older) (DWU). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (WU1).

Corner Suite

The suites with sea views are located in the main building and, with otherwise similar amenities and size to the Deluxe Double Rooms, feature a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and sofa bed as well as a whirlpool and loungers on the terrace (CSZ). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A

These attractive room types in the garden area offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two showers/WC, two televisions, otherwise with similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, as well as a balcony or terrace with garden views (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B

The rooms are located on the ground floor and are significantly larger (90-95m²) than the Family Rooms Type A, with direct pool views, a large terrace, seating groups, and pool access to the shared pool for this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room

The rooms are located in the lagoon area, feature a balcony with a seating group, and are not located on the ground floor (LD2). Double room = single room (L1D).

Junior Suite

The junior suites with garden views are located in the lagoon area on the upper floors and feature a bedroom and a living room without a connecting door. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) as well as a sofa. A cozy seating group is available in the living room. Additionally, individual air conditioning and two televisions with otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms (JS2). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (JS1).

Penthouse Suite

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the suites are slightly larger, are located on the upper floors of the lagoon area, and offer a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating group, and a bathroom in the style of a Turkish hammam with a rainfall shower. There are two loungers and a whirlpool on the large terrace with garden/pool views (PHS). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (1PH).

Deluxe Lagoon Access/Swim Up

Located in the lagoon area. 2 Queen-size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. Smart room automation system, vanity table and mirror, WC, split air conditioning, telephone, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Chromecast, satellite transmission, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, hairdryer, curling iron, bathrobes, slippers, minibar, safe, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and tea/coffee set. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the rich buffet or in the all-day dining à la carte (included without advance reservation), as well as breakfast options in the garden, late riser breakfast, a snack restaurant in the garden area during the day without reservation, various types of pastries, and scoop ice cream service in the patisserie. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic (including fresh orange juice) and import drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, table water, and mineral water upon arrival and is refilled daily.
