The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approx. 3 km from the ancient old town of Side and about 64 km from Antalya, and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal property for adults.

The attractively designed holiday retreat features 322 rooms. Various amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, where you are welcomed with a greeting cocktail upon arrival, and comfortable seating areas as well as a lobby bar; Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool, and in the rooms. Buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once a week upon prior reservation and subject to availability), additional bars, and a well-equipped wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped gardens, there is a spacious pool area with a freshwater swimming pool as well as the pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and parasols are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

The comfortably equipped rooms are located in the main or annex building and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). (Additionally bookable under AYTB44 as Standard Double Room (DS).) Double room with pool view bookable for an extra charge (PD). DR=SR for single use (DE/PDE).

Comfort Room

These are double rooms with side sea view located in the main or annex building on higher floors with late check-out (max. 3 PM, DK2/from Summer 26: DKO). DR=SR for single use (DK1).

Super Saver Room

These are identical to the double rooms in a less preferred location and are located in the main or annex building facing the street (SSZ).
Additionally bookable under AYTB44 as Super Saver Room (SSZ).

Double Room Swim Up

The comfortably equipped rooms are located in the annex building and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, tiled floor, and terrace with two sun loungers and one parasol with direct pool access (PZ2). DR=SR for single use (PZ1).

Suite

The comfortably equipped rooms feature a bedroom and living room, visually separated, shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and balcony with two sun loungers and one parasol (S2).

Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner from the buffet. Late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day as well as coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour at specific times.
