The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approx. 3 km from the ancient old town of Side and about 64 km from Antalya and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal facility for adults.

The attractively designed holiday complex has 322 rooms. Amenities include a spacious reception hall with a reception where you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail upon arrival and comfortable seating areas, as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool and in the rooms. Buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once a week with prior reservation and subject to availability), further bars and a well-equipped wellness area. The beautifully landscaped garden features a spacious pool area with a freshwater swimming pool, as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's private beach section with a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main or side building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). (Also bookable under AYTB44 as a Double Room Standard (DS).) Double rooms with pool view bookable at an extra charge (PD). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/PDE).

Comfort Room

These are double rooms with a side sea view, located in the main or side building and on a higher floor with late check-out (max. 3 PM, DK2/from Sun26: DKO). DZ=EZ for single use (DK1).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms in a less preferred location and are situated in the main or side building facing the street (SSZ).
Also bookable under AYTB44 as a Super Saver Room (SSZ).

Double Room Swim Up

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the side building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, minibar, tiled floor, and a terrace with two loungers and a sunshade with direct pool access (PZ2). DZ=EZ for single use (PZ1).

Suite

The comfortably furnished rooms feature a bedroom and a living area, visually separated, with a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with two loungers and a sunshade (S2).

Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffet. Late riser breakfast, snacks during the day as well as coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour at specific times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
