The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approximately 3 km from the ancient old town of Side and about 64 km from Antalya, and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal facility for adults.

The attractively designed holiday complex has 322 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception where you will be welcomed with a welcome cocktail upon arrival and comfortable seating areas, as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool, and in the rooms. Buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once a week with advance reservation and subject to availability), further bars, and a well-equipped wellness area. The beautifully landscaped garden features a spacious pool area with a freshwater swimming pool, as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main or annex building and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). (Also bookable as a Standard Double Room (DS) under AYTB44.) Double rooms with pool view can be booked for an additional charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE/PDE).

Comfort Room

These are double rooms with a partial sea view, located in the main or annex building and on a higher floor with late check-out (max. 3 p.m., DK2/from Sun 26: DKO). Double room for single use (DK1).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location and are situated in the main or annex building facing the street (SSZ).
Also bookable under AYTB44 as Economy Double Room (SSZ).

Double Room Swim Up

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the annex building and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, tiled floor, and a terrace with two sun loungers and an umbrella with direct pool access (PZ2). Double room for single use (PZ1).

Suite

The comfortably furnished rooms have a separate sleeping and living area, shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with two sun loungers and an umbrella (S2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffet. Late risers' breakfast, snacks during the day, and coffee/tea pastries, ice cream hour at specified times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
