Location

Owned by a private owner since 1998 and a member of "Leading Hotels of the World", the hotel with views of Teide and the romantic ocean is located in the "La Paz" villa district of Puerto de la Cruz, in the immediate vicinity of the Botanical Garden. From the hotel, you have a magnificent view of the Atlantic with its picturesque coasts, the Orotava Valley, and Mount Teide.
The Hotel Botánico is surrounded by a beautiful park area of 25,000 m².
The center of Puerto de la Cruz and the beach are only a few minutes away from the hotel; the hotel offers a free shuttle service.
The renowned Loro Parque, home to the world's largest parrot collection and a penguinarium, is owned by the same owner as the hotel, is quickly accessible, and is a must-see on any tourist itinerary.

The hotel will be partially renovated in 2025 and features 212 comfortable Deluxe Rooms and Suites. The buildings are divided into a family area and an adults-only area; all hotel services are equally available to both. The spacious lobby connects to the breakfast area with beautiful garden views and a terrace, and features a permanent exhibition of paintings by Canary artists, boutiques, a reading corner with a library, and a billiard room. In the middle of the subtropical garden, there is 1 heated freshwater pool with loungers, sunshades, and cushions, and a separate children's pool. Directly integrated into the hotel's garden complex is the 18-hole putting green on an area of 5,000 m², complete with a bunker and driving range (for a fee). In addition to the pool bar/snack restaurant "Palmera Real," there are 4 à la carte restaurants to choose from: "The Oriental" with Asian cuisine, "Il Pappagallo" with Italian/Mediterranean cuisine, "La Parrilla" with Spanish cuisine, and "Brunelli's Steakhouse" in Puerto de la Cruz. Guests with half-board receive a credit of €25 per person at Brunelli's, and the hotel provides transfer to the restaurant.

Superior Double Room - Adults Only

Bookable for ages 16 and over.
The approx. 45m² renovated rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel and feature a king-size bed or 2 twin beds (customer request), a sofa bed, a 49" Smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a dressing room connected to the bathroom, as well as a balcony.
The rooms can be booked with Teide view (DTU) or sea view (DMU).
From 1.4.26, rooms with Teide view can also be booked as type B, only with half-board (B2T), or with sea view (UMB).

Ambassador Junior Suite
